I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied for the services of the Animal Actors Sweet Sunshine Dog Training Seminar. As lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in this program, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives, and assigns will not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute the Animal Actors Sweet Sunshine. and/or any of its members for any injuries or damage resulting to me, my animal(s), or my property from the negligence or other acts, however caused, by any member, director, officer, volunteer, employee, agent, or contractor of Animal Actors Sweet Sunshine as the result of my participation in this activity. In addition, I hereby release and discharge Animal Actors Sweet Sunshine and/or its members directors, officers, volunteers, employees, agents, or contractors from all actions, claims, or demands I, my heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives, or assigns now have or may in the future have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in this activity. I also understand that Animal Actors Sweet Sunshine may use for publicity or promotional purposes, my name and pictures of me or my dog without liability or obligation to me.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND Animal Actors Sweet Sunshine AND/OR ITS MEMBERS AND I HAVE SIGNED IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL

Take the US-101 North/Ventura FWY to Camarillo

Take the Lewis Road CA-34 exit (right) Somis exit – go 0.3 miles

Turn right on E Daily Dr. – go 0.1 miles

Turn left on CA-34 go 4.0 miles

Turn left on CA-118 go 4.7 miles

Turn right on Walnut Ave – go 1.3 miles

Turn left on W La Loma Ave – go 0.1 miles

To first driveway on the left  360 W La Loma Ave, Somis – Vanoni Ranch

From Ventura and points north:

Take the US-101 South/Ventura FWY towards Los Angeles.

Take the Santa Clara Ave/North Rice exit (left) towards Santa Clara

Santa Clara Ave becomes W Los Angeles Ave/118 East

Turn left on La Vista Ave go 0.6 miles

Turn right on Center Rd go 0.1 miles

Center Rd becomes W La Loma Ave go 1.2 miles

To 360 W La Loma Ave, Somis – Vanoni Ranch – on the right.
